Rick Willett is CEO of QuickBase and serves as chairman of the company’s board of directors.
As a seasoned industry veteran, Rick has a strong track record for leading high-growth organizations and scaling businesses in competitive markets. He brings more than 15 years of experience leading private-equity sponsored companies and currently serves as a senior operating executive for Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe.
Previously, Rick was the CEO of Ascend Learning, the leading provider of software and online content solutions that improve the quality and cost of educating healthcare professionals. Prior to Ascend Learning, he was the CEO of NewPage, a $4B manufacturing company, and COO of Teleglobe, a $1.2B software enabled telecom services business. Additionally, Rick had a 12 year career at General Electric where he served as a division CFO and held several general management and engineering leadership roles.
Rick currently serves as the chairman of the board for GetWell Network as well as on the boards of directors for US Acute Care Solutions and Spear Education.
Rick holds an M.B.A. from the Lally School of Management and Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Chief Financial Officer
Matt Hoogerland is Chief Financial Officer of QuickBase, where he oversees the organization’s financial, business operations and information technology departments. In this role, he helps drive process and system improvements for the business.
Matt has more than 20 years of diverse finance experience and a track-record of driving growth in revenue, earnings, and cash generation, while improving business controls and efficiencies.
Prior to joining QuickBase, Matt was CFO of leading logistics provider Ozburn-Hessey Logistics (OHL), which was acquired by Geodis. Before OHL, he held several senior finance management positions at Brady Corporation and Metavante Corporation. He also served in a number of progressive finance roles at Grande Cheese Company, Ford Motor Company, and First Chicago NBD.
Matt holds an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Washington.
VP of Product Development
Frank Tino is Vice President of Product Development at QuickBase, where he is responsible for all technical aspects of the product line and oversees QuickBase’s global engineering team.
Frank has more than 25 years of software development experience, and over 15 years in positions of senior management, leading engineering, operations and product teams. He brings experience in a variety of technologies and domains, including enterprise offerings, SaaS, mobile, B2C, online services, eRetailing, data warehousing, storage and security, among others.
Prior to his involvement with QuickBase, Frank served as CTO of GSN Digital, a leader in the casual gaming space and a division of the Game Show Network. Previously, Frank served as a senior executive of product development and engineering at companies including Vela Systems, Iron Mountain Digital, Revenio and Informix, among others.
Frank holds a M.S. in Computer Science & Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
VP of Marketing
Karen Devine is Vice President of Marketing at QuickBase, where she oversees the organization’s go-to-market strategy, demand marketing, corporate communications, as well as new partner channels. Previously, she also served as interim Sales Director and Product Management Director for the business.
With two decades leading marketing strategy at top technology organizations, Karen is passionate about delivering consistent revenue growth and identifying untapped markets. At QuickBase, she is credited with the creation of an agile, high-performance organization attuned to customer insights.
Prior to her involvement with QuickBase, Karen led Product and Industry Marketing at RSA, the Security Division of EMC, where she was responsible for building product marketing teams to support multiple product lines, including RSA’s SecurID business. Previously, she was a consultant with Bain & Company.
Karen holds an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from Middlebury College.
VP of Product Management
Jeff Prus is Vice President of Product Management at QuickBase, where he sets our product vision and roadmap and oversees the design and development of new features.
Jeff has a unique combination of experience spanning over 20 years, including technology product ownership, product marketing, online strategy, user experience design, and customer research.
Prior to his involvement with QuickBase, Jeff spent nine years in a variety of leadership positions at Vistaprint, serving most recently as Vice President, Product Design. While there, he led a global team responsible for managing and optimizing Vistaprint's online graphic design platform and design libraries. Before that, Jeff served as Director of Interactive Capabilities at American Express, and several years at the digital agency Roundarch and Deloitte Consulting. He began his career as a semiconductor design engineer at Intel.
Jeff holds an M.B.A. from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, as well as a B.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
VP of Sales and Customer Care
Stephen Percoco is Vice President of Sales and Customer Care at QuickBase, where he is responsible for the overall sales strategy and oversees QuickBase’s global sales and customer support teams.
Stephen has more than 20 years of technology sales, sales operations and sales leadership experience, with a focus on optimizing sales performance and driving revenue growth.
Prior to QuickBase, Stephen served as Vice President of Sales at Brightcove, a provider of cloud-based multichannel video solutions where he helped lead Brightcove’s sales efforts through a successful IPO. Previously, Stephen led global sales at Deploy Solutions, acquired by Kronos. Stephen started his career in software sales at SmartTime Software, where Stephen held a number of sales leadership roles and was ultimately promoted to Vice President of Sales.
Stephen holds a B.S. in Business from Providence College.
VP of Human Resources
Amy Cohn is Vice President of Human Resources at QuickBase, where she is responsible for the company’s talent and organizational development strategies and oversees the HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
Amy has more than 15 years of experience driving employee programs to support growth and culture at start-ups and mid-size technology organizations. She brings deep experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, leadership development and employee engagement.
Prior to QuickBase, Amy held senior HR leadership roles at Compete and Localytics. While at Compete, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources, helping to scale the organization from 75 employees to 175 employees in less than two years. Following Compete’s merger with Dynamic Logic, Amy became Senior Vice President of HR of the newly formed Millward Brown Digital.
Amy holds a B.A. in Religious Studies from the University of Oregon.
